It is on my caves, solders, and all over my head! some on my torso. It is red and sore, my hair is falling out. I have never had skin prob, and I have been tested for allergens.It all started at the same time my smart meter went in and i also cut my shelf shaving. It went to my eye as Impetigo two times! That would work. However, foil serves as a 2-sided mirror, so if there is signal coming at it from the inside of the house it will reflect that back into the house. In other words, say you have a microwave tower to the north of you. Foil on the north wall will shield the house. However, if there is signal coming from any other direction in additon to north, the foil on the north wall will reflect that back at you. Also, whatever radio and microwave frequencies have found a way onto the circuits in the house could pass these onto the foil and increase the broadcasting area considerably. All remediation should be checked with appropriate meters, to make sure you are making things better, not worse. You asked about a layer of aluminum foil in insulation to keep radio waves out.
