Hi, I'd appreciate info re: the most affordable yet effective solution for internal burn on inner arm - above elbow - from computer-mouse use?

It's in the right arm which uses mouse.
also, tingling/burning in palm.

shielded gloves?
other?

This developed mostly from recently purchased 17 inch Inspiron.
With my 12 inch Thinkpad, at least my arm doesn't burn, even if I'm still ill.

I don't think using a projector would help with this issue.

Thanks!
